Terms of Service

Introduction

1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website FocusPosters.com, operated by Focus Posters, a dba of Intraspark, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

Eligibility and Account Registration

2. To use our website, you must be at least 13 years old. Users under the age of 18 require parental consent at checkout through an age gate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

Intellectual Property Rights

3. All intellectual property rights in the posters and avatars, including but not limited to copyright, are owned by the Company.

User Conduct

4. You must use appropriate language on the posters and avatars. Banned words will be prompted with a pop-up during use of the application. Users who repeatedly violate guidelines or create inappropriate content may face account deletion and order cancellation.

Customer Contract and Return Policy

5. Please refer to the provided Customer Contract and Return Policy for information on digital downloads, physical posters, payment methods, intellectual property rights, and the return policy for physical posters.

Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction

6. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration. The laws of the United States will govern these Terms, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.

Reporting Inappropriate Content or Guideline Violations

7. Users can report inappropriate content or guideline violations by emailing hello@focusposters.com.

Appeals Process

8. Users who wish to appeal account deletion or order cancellation due to guideline violations can contact hello@focusposters.com.

Third-Party Services

9. Our website uses third-party services such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and Many Chat. Please refer to their respective privacy policies or data handling practices for more information.

Modifications and Customizations

10. Users can only modify text on posters and create avatars within the avatar creator on the site. Once a purchase is complete, no further customizations or size modifications can be made.

Shipping Damages Guarantee for Physical Posters

11. Physical posters are guaranteed through shipping, and any shipping damages will be compensated.

International Users

12. International users cannot purchase printed posters at this time.

Changes to These Terms

13. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
