By uploading or inputting content into our platform, you grant Focus Posters LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and process such content solely for the purpose of generating and delivering your customized products.
We do not use your customized content for marketing, advertising, or public display without your explicit permission.
You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to any content you upload and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

A poster does not need to be purchased, downloaded, or completed for information contained in the draft to be stored.

We do not intentionally provide the sensitive contents of your poster, such as medical conditions or uploaded photographs, to advertising platforms for targeted advertising.

Focus Posters automatically saves work in progress so users can return to their designs.
This means that drafts may remain stored in your account even if you:
Do not finish the poster
Do not download it
Do not print it
Do not purchase it
Drafts and completed designs may remain associated with your account until you delete them, delete your account, or we remove them in accordance with our retention practices.
If you delete a design, we will process the design and its associated User Content for deletion from applicable systems, subject to reasonable technical, backup, security, legal, and recordkeeping requirements.
If you delete your account, drafts, completed designs, uploaded images, and associated User Content will also be processed for deletion, subject to applicable exceptions.
Deleted information may remain temporarily in backup or archived systems before being fully removed.
We may retain certain transaction, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records where reasonably necessary, without retaining the sensitive poster content when that content is not needed for those purposes.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, acquisition, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Because Focus Posters designs may contain photographs, health information, or information about children, we recognize that some User Content may be particularly sensitive.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and should use care when accessing an account from a shared or public device.
Focus Posters may be used by healthcare professionals, but health-related information entered into Focus Posters is not automatically Protected Health Information subject to HIPAA simply because it concerns someone’s health.
Different requirements may apply when Focus Posters is used by or on behalf of a healthcare organization subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”).
Where Focus Posters creates, receives, maintains, or transmits Protected Health Information on behalf of a HIPAA-covered entity in circumstances in which Focus Posters is acting as a Business Associate, additional contractual, privacy, and security requirements may apply.

The user does not need to purchase, complete, download, or print the poster for the draft and information contained within it to be stored.

We may retain limited transaction, accounting, security, privacy-request, or legal records when necessary or permitted, but we will not retain sensitive poster content solely because an underlying purchase record must be retained.
