Every Focus Posters® product is custom-made to reflect a real child, routine, or experience. Because of this, we approach each order with care and intention — and we ask that you review your selections closely before completing your purchase.
Focus Posters® products are generated automatically based on the selections you make within our platform.
Because of this, orders are processed immediately upon purchase and cannot be modified once submitted.
Please review all details carefully before completing your order, including:
Spelling of names
Selected routines, tasks, or content
Character design and customization choices
Shipping information (for printed products)
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your order will be processed automatically and cannot be changed.
All digital products are final sale.
Because your customized poster is generated instantly upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the file has been delivered.

Printed posters are produced based on your finalized digital design.
